Stiff rules for sex toy makers at CES tech showcase

Sex toy companies are to exhibit at the world’s largest technology conference after pressure from entrepreneurs who accused organisers of sexism for barring them from previous years’ events. 

CES, which is held every year in Las Vegas and begins this weekend, has faced accusations of unfair bias after high-tech vibrators and other sex toys were excluded. 

But the companies, which are to be welcomed on a one-year trial basis in the “health and wellness” section, will have to abide by strict rules about the language and imagery on their stalls.
