Now that Fastlane has come and gone, WWE pay-per-views will no longer be brand-exclusive for the foreseeable future. However, the regular Raw and Smackdown shows will still have their very own rosters, and it has even been rumored that another Superstar Shakeup could be taking place after WrestleMania ends this year. Those rumors appear to be true as Sheamus just hinted on Raw last night that a Superstar Shakeup will be taking place after WrestleMania this April. He informed General Manager Kurt Angle that he and Cesaro are hoping to join the Smackdown roster. As of right now, a Superstar Shakeup has not been confirmed by WWE, but the fact that it was mentioned on Raw last night could mean that an official announcement will arrive in just a matter of time.
It was recently announced that Lucha Underground and Impact Wrestling will be teaming up to put on a show in New Orleans during the weekend of WrestleMania. ‘Impact Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground will be taking place at the WrestleCon event on April 6th and a few of the matches that will be taking place during that show have just been announced. Aerostar, King Cuerno, & Drago of Lucha Underground will face Impact’s DJZ, Andrew Everett, & Dezmond Xavier. The two promotions have had a working relationship dating back several months now and several stars already work for both promotions. More matches are expected to be announced soon. The event will be streamed live on Twitch on April 6th.

As seen during the Fastlane pay-per-view from this past Sunday night, Asuka made a surprise appearance and challenged Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. The match was made official later that night. WWE had been teasing that Asuka would challenge Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania, but the latter now appears to be facing Nia Jax at the event instead. Asuka will continue to appear on Raw in the meantime, but WWE just announced that she will be appearing on tonight’s Smackdown show in Indianapolis. It was also announced that Commissioner Shane McMahon will make an announcement concerning WrestleMania during tonight’s show.
