The first of two NXT live events on Saturday evening at the Portage Theater in Chicago, Illinois was delayed due to issues with the heating system in the venue.
Fans were reportedly left outside in the cold weather until the heating system could be fixed. Because of the issues, NXT Champion Finn Balor was sent outside to greet the fans waiting in line and thanked them for their patience. Many fans took to social media to comment about how cold it was once they did finally get inside.
The show ended up going on as scheduled earlier this evening and as of this writing, the second of the two shows is scheduled to begin soon.
