WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle recently announced that he will be having a Farewell Match at next month’s WrestleMania 35. It looks like he will be wrestling each week on his farewell tour leading up to the retirement match at WrestleMania 35. As previously reported, Angle will be revealing his WrestleMania 35 opponent during this coming Monday’s RAW in Chicago. It was also announced that Angle will be wrestling another match on the farewell tour this coming Monday on RAW, as seen below:
Kurt Angle’s Farewell Tour Rolls On
On RAW, live in his hometown of Pittsburgh, WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle announced that his career was winding down, and that he would be embarking on a farewell tour leading to his final match at this year’s WrestleMania.
Apollo Crews was first to challenge The Olympic Hero on his four-week retirement run, ultimately falling to the Angle Slam at the end of an intensely competitive match. Who will Angle face next?
Last Tuesday night on SmackDown LIVE, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos called out the other tag teams to step up during WrestleMania 35 season. They mentioned The New Day, The Bar, Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet & Aleister Black and The Hardy Boys. It has been rumored for the past several weeks that The Usos will be defending their SmackDown Tag Team Titles in a Multi-Team Match at WrestleMania 35, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Ricochet recently took to Twitter and responded to the promo, saying that people always seem to look past guys like he & Black. He wrote, “Seems like for my entire 15+ year career people always look past guys like Aleister and myself. Only to be put in their place time after time.”
On a related note, The Usos also responded to a recent warning from Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy. The Usos said that the match would be a WrestleMania Dream Match. Matt responded to that tweet and called on WWE to make the match happen. He wrote, “You want it. We want it. The @WWEUniverse wants it. Let’s do it, @WWE.”

Back in September, it was reported that WWE Legend The Big Show had landed a recurring role on the second season of Syfy’s “Happy” Series. The new season is set to premiere on Wednesday, March 27th with The Big Show playing Big Pink, the cellmate of Ritchie Coster’s character, a gangster named Blue. Below is a somewhat disturbing clip of The Big Show in his prison cell with Blue:
Going from crime boss to prisoner can be tough. Having a good cellmate helps.
